Care instructions	Wipe clean with a soft cloth using mild soap and warm water immediately after use. Do not soak in water. Reoil to treat oakwood when surface feels dry. Not dishwasher, microwave or oven safe. Please note that on very rare occasions the natural tannins in the oak may react with the oils and salts within cheese causing a mark – we recommend only leaving cheese on the board for the duration of the meal or event rather than long term storage, and for cheeses such as Brie or Stilton we recommend sitting them on a grease-proof paper to protect the board.
